We custom design and build all types of sheds across the Northern Territory
Much the same as any form of construction, we design these sheds to suit your needs. They can be used in many types of industries including:
- Domestic: weekenders, carports, storage, living
- Industrial: workshops
- Commercial: offices, storage
- Agricultural: farm machinery, packing sheds
As well as our cold formed kit sheds, we also fabricate hot rolled RHS and I Beam sheds. Each shed (kit or custom) comes with a 10-year structural warranty. We believe our sheds to be the strongest on the market and with a full range of colorbond colours to choose from you can be sure to find one to suit.
Shed Living Options
With land prices increasing, we understand that sometimes affording your new house and land is just out of reach. We have designed and engineered sheds with partial living conversions.
What does this mean? This means part of your shed will have Class 1a coding which is the same standard as any house and the other part will be coded as a class 10a which is the same as any shed. This allows you to be eligible for your first home buyers’ grant without the larger price tag of building a house. This is a perfect option to consider for your first home or until your house is built.
The inside of these sheds are fitted out the same as any house and can include a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and any amenities you desire. We have living options starting from $150,000.
