The Cobourg is our latest collection to the semi elevated range featuring three bedrooms, one bathroom, open plan living, a large central deck and a drive through double carport. Comprising of two separate pods separated by a large central deck, this house celebrates the possibilities of living in the tropics. The entertaining area has two spaces, one for dining and a second protected wet season lounge complete with an outdoor kitchen perfect for cooking BBQ's on those warm balmy nights. One pod comprises of the bedrooms and bathrooms whilst the other is an open plan living complete with a large kitchen with tonnes of storage. The gable style tropical roof ensures maximum rain and sun protection to the house. Other tropical design features include large louvers for cross ventilation and views to the garden, a semi elevated floor system to capture breezes and lightweight wall construction that will cool down fast at night time.
