The Corroboree is our higher end-design that features two pods, separately zoned to house the living kitchen and dining linked with a bedroom pod containing three bedrooms, a laundry and two bathrooms with built in robes and large louver windows to capture views and breezes to your rural block. Stacking doors open to connect the dining and kitchen space with the outdoor area ideal for entertaining. The kitchen includes a large island bench complete with a walk behind pantry with plenty of storage. Sustainable design features include a one room deep design philosophy to allow cross ventilation, lightweight wall construction that cool down fast at night, a semi elevated design to capture those wet and dry season breezes, and a pitched roof design that allows maximum shade and rain protection.
Optional extras include an outdoor kitchen and double carport.
